Dan has been with UNH since 2016 as a Systems Business Analyst. Prior to UNH,
he worked as IT support, a software engineer, and a web developer over last
18 years. Working in IT and manufacturing Dan gained some exposure to Agile
and Lean methodologies and took the opportunity for formalized training in
Lean and Agile upon being hired by UNH. He has provided facilitation for a
number of process improvement events for his Professional Development & Training
group as well as facilitations for UNH and USNH kaizen events. Dan's hope is to
help those he works with embrace continuous improvement.
